Who would you most like to meet and why? Arnold Palmer; I am a competitive amateur golfer and he has been a wonderful inspiration for the game of golf, and we have the same birthday!
What do you like to do for fun? I love to golf, scuba dive, snow ski, gourmet cook, and oil paint artist.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Follow your heart and God; He will never lead you wrong.
What is the funniest thing that’s ever happened to you? When I was growing up I showed horses. And one time I got to my horse show and had forgotten my horse.
What’s your favorite type of music? Country music, especially Sugarland, Keith Urban and Hunter Hayes
What is the best book you’ve ever read? Unbroken, story about Louie Zamperini
What charitable organization do you enjoy volunteering for or would want to volunteer for? Working Wardrobes, also saving our Oceans and Sea life preservation
If there was a reality show about your life what would the title be? Never a Dull Moment
What accomplishment in your life are you most proud of? Raising two wonderful sons, both in college in Texas, one at UT (University of Texas) and the other at SMU (Southern Methodist University)
Who or what motivates you and why? Memories of my Dad and the hard work and wonderful smile that he always had
What’s your favorite midnight snack? Dark chocolate and a good red wine
What do you do when you are bored? I work on my latest painting or walk on the beach for inspiration.
What is ‘beauty’ to you? Beauty is from the inside; it’s that kind of beauty that comes from those who love and care about you. It can be friend, family or someone you just met, but they make you feel loved and special.
