Returning delegates from the previous year may compete in the same age division as long as they qualify for that division.
Former winners of the Beauties of America national titles may not re-compete in the same age division, but may reenter the Beauties of America pageant once their age division status changes. 60s is the final age division of competition.
At the discretion of the national director, delegates may reenter the Beauties of America pageant from year to year until winning.
All delegates at the Beauties of America national pageant compete on equal terms in their age division.
